Bayern has offered more than €50m for the Rennes starlet
Bayern Munich continues to be active in the transfer market following a disappointing last season and the appointment of Vincent Kompany as head coach.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the club is working hard on the transfer of 19-year-old winger Désiré Doué from Rennes.
Bayern has submitted a second offer to Rennes, this time proposing over 50 million euros for Doué's transfer. It is expected that this offer will satisfy the French club.
However, Bayern is not the only club interested in Doué, as Rennes has almost reached an agreement with another club. The decision on where to continue his career will ultimately be up to the player.
At 19, Doué has already completed two seasons with Rennes, scoring 8 goals and providing 7 assists in 76 matches.
