Bayern gave Copenhagen the draw

Bayern Munich settled for a draw against Copenhagen in the fifth matchday of the UEFA Champions League Group A, failing to secure a victory on their home turf. A win for the Danes could have prematurely ousted Manchester United from the tournament, but the drawn outcome maintains the theoretical chances for the "Red Devils" to continue their campaign.

While Bayern Munich dominated possession, their performance today appeared lackluster. Therefore, a goalless draw seems a logical result.

The German champions are already guaranteed to conclude the group stage in the top spot. In the final matchday, they might "assist" Manchester United in staying in the competition. As for Copenhagen, in their head-to-head clash against Galatasaray in two weeks, they will battle for a spot in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16, with the victor advancing.
