Bayern are back in the running for a midfielder for the Premier League club

Despite the fact that Bayern have already changed their head coach, Munich's priorities in the transfer market remain unchanged.
Last summer, the Recordmeister intended to sign Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha, but the attempt failed then. Now, according to journalists Patrick Berger and Florian Plettenberg, Bayern are ready to make a second approach with the bar and try again to sign the Portuguese.
Berger reports that Bayern want to sign the midfielder from Fulham again, making him their number one target and starting talks with the Gunners after reaching a verbal agreement with the Portuguese.
He claims that a €40-45 million deal could be in question, a figure that is backed up by Plettenberg, who reveals that a contract until 2028 is also in question.
He also insists that Palhinha is the Recordmeister's top target for the summer and that there is already a verbal agreement between him and Bayern management.
