Bayern agree contract terms with Moroccan midfielder

FC Bayern Munich completed a domestic double during the 2025/26 season and are now closing in on their first signing shortly after the campaign's conclusion.
Details: According to Florian Plettenberg, Bayern have reached an agreement on personal terms with Ismael Saibari, the midfielder of PSV Eindhoven. The proposed contract is set to run until 2031.
It has also been reported that Bayern head coach Vincent Kompany held a phone conversation with the player, after which the German champions submitted their final written offer to his representatives. The deal now depends on Bayern reaching an agreement with PSV Eindhoven.
Saibari made 37 appearances for PSV this season, scoring 19 goals and providing nine assists. His current contract with the Dutch giants runs until 2029, while his market value is estimated at €40 million by Transfermarkt.
