Bayer star Granit Xhaka showcases new haircut during family vacation in the mountains

Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Granit Xhaka is spending the holiday season at a ski resort with his family. The Swiss international shared stunning photos from his getaway on his Instagram account.

In the pictures, Xhaka poses against a backdrop of snow-covered mountain slopes alongside his wife, Leonita Lekaj, and their two young children, dressed in matching outfits.

Another surprise for fans was Xhaka’s new look. The player has shaved his head almost completely, revealing a bold new hairstyle that left followers stunned.

Xhaka joined Bayer Leverkusen in the summer of 2023, transferring from London’s Arsenal. With Leverkusen, he was part of one of the biggest success stories of last season, helping the club secure their first-ever Bundesliga runners-up trophy.

As a key player, Xhaka appeared in 50 matches across all competitions last season. In addition to their Bundesliga success, Bayer also won the DFB-Pokal and reached the Europa League final. This season, Xhaka has already featured in 25 matches, contributing two goals and five assists for the club.
