Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly reached a full agreement with Besiktas to sign Dutch-Ghanaian winger Ernest Poku on loan.
According to German transfer expert Florian Plettenberg, the deal includes a €3 million loan fee and a purchase option that will become mandatory for €20 million if certain conditions are met.
The final paperwork is expected to be completed soon, with Poku scheduled to undergo his medical within the next 48 hours.
Plettenberg also reported that the agreement has been reached between the sporting directors of both clubs, Kim Falkenberg and Eduard Graf.
Poku joined Bayer Leverkusen from AZ Alkmaar on August 12, 2025, in a deal worth around €10 million. The 23-year-old winger is under contract with the Bundesliga club until June 30, 2030.
