Bayer Leverkusen has officially confirmed that young midfielder Francis Onyeka has signed a new long-term contract that will keep him at the club until June 2032.

The 19-year-old Nigerian attacking midfielder enjoyed a breakthrough campaign last season while on a season-long loan at VfL Bochum, where he impressed with eight goals and one assist in 30 league appearances.
