Bayer leader named Bundesliga footballer of the month

The Bundesliga has named the best player of the league for the past month. This time, the award went to the leader of Bayer Leverkusen, Florian Wirtz.

In the voting, Wirtz surpassed his teammates Jeremy Frimpong and Álex Grimaldo, RB Leipzig midfielder Xavi Simons, Bochum midfielder Kevin Stoger, and Bundesliga's top scorer Harry Kane from Bayern Munich.
