Bayer CEO named the amount for which the club is willing to sell Wirtz

Bayer Leverkusen's General Director Fernando Carro has discussed the club's readiness to sell their star midfielder Florian Wirtz.

Earlier, Carro stated that Wirtz's price tag was €150 million. However, now Bayer is not prepared to sell the young midfielder for such a sum.

"I was mistaken in saying that Florian Wirtz's price is around €150 million. In reality, he is priceless. Florian is not available for transfer," said Carro in a comment to Sport Studio.

In the current season, Wirtz has scored 17 goals and provided 19 assists in 43 matches across all competitions.

It's worth noting that Bayer Leverkusen became champions of Germany for the first time in their history.
