Bayer aims to snatch Güler from Real Madrid
Young Turkish talent Arda Güler’s time at Real Madrid hasn’t gone as planned, but there are clubs willing to help the midfielder rejuvenate his career and find a fresh start.
Details: According to Sky Sports Germany journalist Patrick Berger, Bayer Leverkusen is interested in a loan move for the 19-year-old. The German club has reportedly been monitoring Güler since his time at Fenerbahçe. While no direct contact has been made with Real Madrid yet, Leverkusen is actively engaging with Güler’s family and representatives.
The Royal Club is unlikely to let the Turkish midfielder leave in January, but a summer move could be on the table. If an opportunity arises, Bayer, who are preparing for the potential departure of Florian Wirtz, are ready to act.
Reminder: This season, Güler has played 17 matches for Real Madrid, starting in just six of them.
