Battle of the titans! PSG enters the race for Dayot Upamecano

Details: According to renowned journalist and insider Florian Plettenberg on his social media page X, French giants PSG have shown serious interest in Bayern Munich and France national team defender Dayot Upamecano, who is 27 years old.

Reports indicate that Upamecano's representatives have already held initial talks with the Parisians, as well as with Real Madrid, who are also keen to secure the defender's signature.

The key factor driving Dayot's popularity in the transfer market is his expiring contract with Bayern, which runs out in the summer of 2026. This means clubs could sign him for free once his deal ends.

Bayern's management, however, remain hopeful that Dayot will accept their new contract offer and stay with the Munich side until 2030.
