Battle of the heavyweights. Joe Joyce vs Dereck Chisora. Boxing night card in London
Tonight, boxing fans can look forward to an exciting event. In London, UK, a boxing night will feature a heavyweight bout between two British boxers: Joe Joyce and Derek Chisora.
Joyce last stepped into the ring in March against Kash Ali, where he knocked out the Brit in the tenth round. Last year, Joyce fought twice against Zhilei Zhang and suffered defeats on both occasions—first by technical knockout in the sixth round, and in their second bout, he failed to rise after a third-round knockdown.
Chisora's most recent fight took place in August last year, where he secured a points victory over Gerald Washington. Prior to that, in 2022, he also won on points against Kubrat Pulev. Chisora's last losses were in 2021, when Joseph Parker defeated him twice on points.
The co-main event will feature a rematch between Briton Dennis McCann and Romanian Ionut Baluta, with the EBU European super bantamweight title at stake. Last year, McCann and Baluta fought to a draw.
The boxing night will include a total of eleven fights, and the Dailysports team has prepared the complete fight card for this event.
