Former Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, who has played for three different Istanbul clubs, moved to Eintracht Frankfurt during the winter transfer window. However, he could have made a return to the Premier League.
Details: According to The Sun, Everton manager David Moyes was personally interested in signing the 31-year-old Belgian. With Dominic Calvert-Lewin sidelined due to injury, Moyes was looking for an additional striker and reportedly “thoroughly evaluated” Batshuayi, who had previous spells at Chelsea and Crystal Palace. However, the forward ultimately chose Eintracht.
Reminder: Earlier, Everton secured the loan signing of Argentine midfielder Carlos Alcaraz.
