Progress on the stadium’s reconstruction and modernization has slowed due to additional work required on the second tier, which was more extensive than initially planned. Additionally, installing the pitch could take up to three months to ensure it meets the standards needed for hosting elite matches.

However, the playing surface remains occupied by construction equipment as renovations continue, meaning the pitch installation has not even begun yet.
