Barcelona offers Manchester United to sign Ferran Torres. Is Rashford involved?

Details: According to journalist and insider Graeme Bailey, citing TEAMtalk, Barcelona's management have reached out to Manchester United representatives to propose the transfer of 26-year-old forward Ferran Torres.

It is reported that Torres’ departure could significantly ease Barcelona’s wage bill, giving the Blaugrana more flexibility on the transfer market ahead of the new season.

Manchester United are highly interested in bringing Torres in, but have made it clear that this would be a standalone deal, completely separate from any potential Rashford loan.

Arsenal are also keeping close tabs on Torres and could move for the Spaniard if their pursuit of Julián Álvarez from Atlético Madrid falls through.

This season, Ferran Torres has made 40 appearances for Barcelona, netting 16 goals and providing one assist. His current contract with the Catalan club runs until the summer of 2027, and his market value is estimated at €50 million by Transfermarkt.
