Barcelona makes Nico Williams a priority target for the summer once again

Many top clubs have long been eager to sign Athletic Bilbao star Nico Williams, and it has now emerged which club will make a move for the player next summer.

Details: According to Diario Sport, Barcelona has once again prioritized Nico Williams as their top transfer target for the summer.

However, the Catalans are only willing to purchase Nico Williams if his release clause remains unchanged at €60 million.

Barcelona has already decided that securing a new left-winger will be their primary objective in the summer transfer window. The club has abandoned plans to sign a new striker due to Robert Lewandowski's stellar performances this season.

Nonetheless, Nico Williams' current season has not been as impressive, with the player tallying just 2 goals and 5 assists in 23 matches.

Reminder: It was previously reported that PSG is also ready to pay Nico Williams' €60 million release clause.
