Details: According to Diario Sport, the Catalan club is firmly set on parting ways with defender Andreas Christensen during the summer transfer window. The Danish player himself wants to stay in Hansi Flick’s squad and fight for a place in the starting lineup, but if he is not guaranteed playing time, he may be open to a move elsewhere.
Various options are being mentioned for Christensen’s next destination, including Saudi Arabia. However, the player is firmly rejecting such offers, as family comfort and adaptation are his top priorities. A move to a Spanish or Italian club appears more realistic, with Milan having recently shown interest.
Reminder: Previously, La Liga president Javier Tebas expressed doubts that Barcelona would be able to register already-signed Joan Garcia and potential newcomer Nico Williams.
