Barcelona is reportedly interested in bringing back their former academy player Mingueza

Details: According to Tv3cat, Barcelona is interested in bringing back their former academy graduate Óscar Mingueza from Celta Vigo. Mingueza has been performing exceptionally well this season and has even earned a call-up to the Spanish national team.

Barcelona has an option to buy Mingueza back for €10 million, which was included in his contract when he left for Celta. The Catalan club is now planning to exercise this clause.

Mingueza has previously stated that returning to Barcelona is his primary career goal.

This season, the 25-year-old defender has recorded 2 goals and 4 assists in 8 La Liga matches.
