Barcelona have contacted Rashford’s representatives over his future

Marcus Rashford wanted to join Barcelona and is currently playing for the club on loan, but it appears both sides are ready to extend their cooperation.

Details: According to Adrián Sánchez, Barcelona’s representatives have already been in contact with Marcus Rashford’s camp. The parties are set to discuss the player’s future. The club are convinced that the footballer would strengthen the squad, but only if he agrees to give up his high salary.

A final assessment and decision will be made at the end of the season.

In the current campaign, Rashford has featured in 33 matches across all competitions, scoring ten goals and providing 13 assists.

Notably, Marcus Rashford has become only the third La Liga player this season to reach double figures in both goals and assists.
