Girona midfielder Oriol Romeu could return to Barcelona.
He played for the Catalan club's academy from 2004 to 2011 before transferring to Chelsea.
According to Catalunya Radio, the transfer could take place this summer.
The Catalan club manager Xavi is personally interested in the services of the player. He sees him as an alternative to Sergio Busquets, who left the team.
