The Uruguayan will have to work with a psychologist.

Details: According to ESPN, Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick is unable to field the team's 26-year-old central defender, Ronald Araújo, as the player has begun experiencing psychological problems.

It is reported that while Araújo's physical condition is more than satisfactory, his mental state is preventing him from delivering strong performances.

In light of this, the player himself has requested a break from the coaching staff to collect his thoughts and emerge from this psychological and emotional slump.

This season, Araújo has played 15 matches for Barcelona, scoring 2 goals. Recently, media outlets noted that Ronald has not been training with the team, with no clear explanation provided.

Araújo's current contract with Barcelona runs until 2031, and his market value is estimated by Transfermarkt at 35 million euros.
