Barcelona are ready to sell their defender, but for a tidy sum of money
Barcelona defender Ronaldo Araujo is now on the radar of a host of top clubs, including Bayern, who want him. Previously, the Blaugrana were unwilling to let the player go, but it seems the club bosses have changed their minds.
According to ESPN, Barcelona could sell the player in the summer, but if they receive an offer that is financially close to the sum of 100 million euros.
Notably, the 25-year-old centre-back's contract, which runs until the summer of 2026, carries a clause of one billion dollars.
If the Blaugrana manage to sell the player for this amount, it will half fulfil its plan for the summer transfer window, which is to earn at least 200 million euros from transfers.
Araujo has played in 30 matches this season, in which he scored one goal and one assist.
