Bamba Dieng is not holding back this season with FC Lorient in France's Ligue 1. The Senegalese international continues to deliver impressive performances with decisive goals. On 1 March 2026, he once again made his mark.

The 25-year-old helped Lorient come back twice against Auxerre at the Stade du Moustoir in the Matchday 24 of the French championship. Trailing from the first minute, Dieng equalised for Lorient in the 19th minute. AJ Auxerre took the lead again in the 24th minute, but the Senegalese striker responded once more to restore parity in the 29th minute.
