Bamba Dieng is enjoying his best season in Ligue 1
He scored his eighth goal of the season
The Senegalese striker once again shone for FC Lorient against Paris FC on matchday 28.
In an intense match at the Stade du Moustoir this Sunday 5 April, Bamba Dieng broke the deadlock for Lorient. He found the net in the 54th minute thanks to an assist from Pablo Pagis. Although his team conceded a draw, the Senegalese international once again confirmed his fine form this season.
With this goal against Paris FC, Bamba Dieng now has 8 goals in 16 league matches. This is his best tally since his debut in the 2020–21 season. The Senegalese forward has thus broken his own record of 7 goals scored at the end of the 2021–22 season with Marseille.
