It’s already clear that Mario Balotelli’s return to Serie A has been a disappointment.

Details: According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the veteran Italian forward is set to leave Genoa just two months after signing with the club.

It is expected that Balotelli will continue his career in the Mexican league.

During his time with Genoa, Balotelli featured in only six Serie A matches, accumulating a total of 56 minutes without contributing any goals or assists.

Previously, Balotelli has played for Manchester City, Liverpool, Inter, AC Milan, Nice, Marseille, Sion, Monza, and Adana Demirspor.

Reminder: Earlier this month, Romanian businessman Dan Șucu became the new owner of Genoa.
