Ayyoub Bouaddi Completes Manchester City Medical Ahead of €100m Move from Lille
Moroccan international midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi has reportedly completed his medical at Manchester City ahead of his move from Lille.
According to The Guardian, the 18-year-old underwent his medical examination with the Premier League champions on Monday as he closes in on a move to the Etihad Stadium.
Manchester City and Lille have already reached an agreement worth €95 million, with a further €5 million in potential bonuses included in the deal.
Bouaddi is expected to sign a five-year contract with City, with an option to extend his stay for an additional season. Personal terms were reportedly agreed with the midfielder’s representatives before the clubs finalised the transfer fee.
The move would mark a record-breaking transfer for Lille, surpassing Nicolas Pépé as the club’s most expensive outgoing transfer.
With his medical now reportedly completed, Bouaddi is edging closer to officially becoming a Manchester City player.
