Danny Namaso will not be staying at Auxerre at the end of his loan spell
The Cameroonian striker is expected to return to FC Porto.
Danny Namaso joined AJ Auxerre last summer from FC Porto. Although his loan deal includes a buy-out clause, the Cameroonian international is not expected to stay at the end of the season. The Portuguese club intends to recall him after 30 June.
According to sources, Porto wish to bring the Cameroonian back to give him a chance next season. Having scored three goals and provided three assists this season in Ligue 1, Namaso is therefore expected to continue his career in Liga Portugal.
But whilst FC Porto want to bring back their Cameroonian international, a number of clubs are keeping an eye on him. Lille, AS Monaco, Fulham, Atalanta Bergamo and Real Betis are all interested in Danny Namaso.
