Auxerre Agree Deal to Sign DR Congo Defender Christ Makosso From Luton Town

French Ligue 1 side Auxerre have reportedly reached an agreement in principle to sign Democratic Republic of Congo defender Christ Makosso from Luton Town during the summer transfer window.

According to transfer expert Ben Jacobs, the deal is valued at around £2 million, including performance-related add-ons, with the move now nearing completion.

Makosso is expected to leave England for France after spending last season on loan at Oxford United.
