The prize pool for the Australian Open Grand Slam tournament has significantly increased compared to the previous year, now amounting to $59.1 million, reflecting a 13% growth from last year.

The champion of the Australian Open will earn $2,153,000, while the finalist will receive $1,179,000. Victory in the doubles category will bring winners $498,990, and in mixed doubles – $112,780.

The Australian Open 2024 is scheduled to take place from January 14 to 28, with qualifying rounds starting on January 8. Novak Djokovic is the defending champion in the men's singles category, and Arina Sabalenka holds the title in the women's singles category.
