Details: Today, Atlético Madrid's official X (formerly Twitter) page reported the departure of central defender César Azpilicueta and Mozambican full-back Reinildo Mandava from the team.

The reason for the players' exit is the expiration of their contracts, which, as has become clear to everyone, were not renewed.

Azpilicueta joined Atlético in 2023 as a free agent from Chelsea and, during his time with the "Colchoneros," made 54 appearances, scoring one goal and providing two assists.

The 31-year-old Mandava joined the Madrid club in 2022 from Lille for €3 million and featured in a total of 103 matches, scoring 2 goals and providing one assist.
