Galatasaray have stepped up their efforts in negotiations for Thiago Almada.
Details: According to FootMercato, Galatasaray have sent an official offer to Atlético for the loan of the 24-year-old Argentine midfielder Thiago Almada, with compensation exceeding €3 million.
As part of the proposal, the Istanbul club is ready to fully cover the player's salary, and both sides are still discussing the inclusion of a buyout option at the end of the season. Negotiations between the clubs are in full swing.
It is reported that Almada himself is interested in Galatasaray's project: the Argentine has already spoken with head coach Okan Buruk and has given his preliminary consent to the move, significantly increasing the chances of a successful deal.
It's worth noting that this season, the Argentine midfielder has made nineteen appearances for the Madrid club, scoring two goals and providing one assist. Transfermarkt values him at €20 million.
