Aston Villa ready to sign Nicolas Jackson
Bayern Munich has decided not to keep Jackson and will not extend his loan spell.
Details: According to well-known and reputable insider Ekrem Konur on his X social media page, Aston Villa is prepared to offer a contract to Chelsea's 24-year-old striker Nicolas Jackson, currently on loan at Bayern Munich.
Jackson will leave Bayern at the end of the season, as the Munich club has no intention of continuing their collaboration. Reports indicate that upon returning to Chelsea, Jackson will have to look for a new club again, as the current coaching staff does not see him fitting into their plans.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa are eager to secure such a highly skilled forward and are ready to sit down at the negotiating table with the "Blues" to discuss Jackson's transfer as early as this summer.
Nicolas Jackson joined Chelsea in 2023 from Villarreal for €37 million but has not managed to establish himself as a key first-team player. He has made 81 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 30 goals and providing 12 assists.
According to Transfermarkt, Nicolas Jackson's market value is estimated at €45 million.
