Aston Villa Agree £65m Deal to Sign Senegal Forward Nicolas Jackson from Chelsea

Aston Villa have reportedly reached an agreement with Chelsea to sign Senegal international forward Nicolas Jackson in a deal worth up to £65 million.

According to The Athletic, Villa have agreed to pay £47.5 million upfront for the 25-year-old striker, with the remaining amount taking the total package to £65 million. Personal terms are now being finalised.

Jackson has been a long-term target for Aston Villa and is reportedly a favourite of manager Unai Emery, who previously worked with the striker at Villarreal.

Jackson joined Chelsea from Villarreal in 2023 after scoring 13 goals for the Spanish club. He spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Bayern Munich, where he helped the German giants win a record-extending 34th Bundesliga title.

During his spell in Germany, Jackson made 23 league appearances, scoring eight goals and providing two assists.
