Arturo Vidal posts training session video with Chile national team

Chilean national team midfielder Arturo Vidal is preparing alongside his teammates for the next 2026 World Cup qualifier. He shared a video from the training session on his Instagram page.
The footage shows Vidal working with the ball and performing a variety of warm-up exercises. The post is captioned “He fights until the end,” underlining the Chilean’s relentless commitment to the battle.
It’s worth noting that Chile’s campaign in the current qualifiers has been disappointing. The team currently sits at the bottom of the standings, with only 10 points after 14 rounds. While they still have a slim chance of reaching the playoffs, the prospect of earning a direct spot looks almost unattainable.
It should be added that Vidal has played little for the national side this qualifying cycle due to injuries. He has featured in just 6 matches, scoring once.
Overall, Vidal has made 146 appearances for Chile, tallying 34 goals and 9 assists. With the national team, Arturo twice became Copa América champion, in 2015 and 2016.
