Arturo Vidal congratulates Carlo Ancelotti on his appointment as Brazil national team coach

Colo-Colo midfielder Arturo Vidal has welcomed the appointment of Carlo Ancelotti as the new head coach of the Brazil national team. The Chilean marked the news with a post in his Instagram story.
Vidal shared a collage of photos of himself with Carlo Ancelotti, adding a Brazil flag emoji, clapping hands, and the caption “The best.”

It's worth noting that Arturo worked with Ancelotti during his time at Bayern Munich, so he knows the Italian coach well. Recall that Carlo led Bayern in the 2016/17 season, capturing all domestic trophies — the Bundesliga, the German Cup, and the German Super Cup.
As reported yesterday, Ancelotti is set to take charge of the Brazil national team. The Italian will begin his tenure after the final round of La Liga, scheduled for May 26. His contract with Brazil will run until the end of the 2026 World Cup, with an option to extend for another year.
Additionally, the Italian has spent four years at Real Madrid, joining the club in 2021. During this period, Carlo won La Liga twice and lifted the Champions League trophy on two occasions.
