Arokodare Named in Premier League’s Lowest-Rated XI
Wolves forward Tolu Arokodare has been included in WhoScored.com’s lowest-rated Premier League Team of the Season so far, reflecting his difficult start to English football. The stats-based platform compiled the team from performances across the first three months of the 2025–26 campaign.
Arokodare arrived at Molineux with high expectations after finishing as Belgium’s top scorer with 21 goals and winning the Ebony Shoe for the best African player in the league. But the 24-year-old is still waiting for his first Premier League goal, having failed to score in seven appearances, including two starts.
Wolves’ poor form has also contributed to the ranking, with the club yet to record a league win and providing three players to the lowest-rated XI. Arokodare was named alongside goalkeeper José Sá and defender Toti Gomes.
The defensive lineup also includes Brentford’s Aaron Hickey and Keane Lewis-Potter, and Fulham’s Issa Diop. Leeds midfielders Ao Tanaka and Daniel James join Everton’s Carlos Alcaraz and Fulham’s Adama Traoré in midfield.
Liverpool’s record signing Alexander Isak partners Arokodare in attack. Among the ten outfield players selected, Arokodare received the lowest rating with 5.98.
