New details have emerged regarding the tragic road accident that claimed the life of Anthony Joshua's best friend.

Details: According to the Daily Mail, the British boxer was initially seated in the front passenger seat, but shortly before the trip began, the driver asked him to move to the back.

The reason was poor visibility: the driver claimed he couldn’t see the side mirror while Joshua was in the front. After the boxer moved to the back seat, the car continued on its way.

Later, a fatal accident occurred, resulting in the death of Joshua’s best friend. The boxer himself was physically unharmed. The driver maintains that the crash happened due to brake failure, which he cites as the primary cause of the collision.

It’s reported that the decision to move to the back seat essentially saved Anthony Joshua’s life.

Recall: Anthony Joshua’s driver faces criminal charges for creating a dangerous situation on the road.
