The European court ruled the decision of UEFA and FIFA to ban the creation of the Super League in April 2021 as unfair. The court ruled that the organizations do not have the right to monopolize the organization of international competitions. Consequently, the tournament can now be officially established.

However, following the court's decision, the football community has once again opposed the new tournament and expresses full support for UEFA. Many clubs and leagues have issued statements rejecting the possibility of joining the Super League.

Earlier, we reported on the reasons for the refusal of English clubs, and now another argument has emerged in this story.

In February, the Super League executives presented details to English clubs - and received a complete rejection then. This is related to the fact that at the start of each season, Premier League club owners sign the 'Premier League Owners Charter,' committing to the development of the league. Point 9 specifically stipulates that they have committed not to participate in any super leagues.
