Previously, Rodrygo praised Galatasaray supporters—something that could play a role in the transfer saga.

Details: According to Diario AS, Turkish giants Galatasaray are seriously intent on making a loan request for the 24-year-old Brazilian winger from Real Madrid, Rodrygo, who is currently on the lookout for a new club.

Reports suggest that during a friendly match between Senegal and Brazil, Rodrygo had a conflict with Senegalese defender Ismail Jakobs, who plays for Galatasaray. However, after a brief altercation following the match, the two players found common ground and even followed each other on social media. According to sources, the conversation between them touched upon Galatasaray.

The Turkish powerhouse is open to bringing Rodrygo in on loan, which would help Real Madrid ease their wage bill.

Back in 2019, when Real Madrid played against Galatasaray in Turkey, Rodrygo had this to say about Turkish fans:

“Galatasaray fans are simply amazing. I almost went deaf when we stepped out for the warm-up. The noise was unbelievable.”

Rodrygo’s current situation in Madrid is far from ideal: he has made just 13 appearances this season, providing two assists. His contract with Real runs until 2028, but a loan move to Galatasaray could be the perfect opportunity to revive his previous form.
