LeBron James's son, Bronny, has entered his candidacy for the draft and has attracted interest from several teams. Insider Mark Stein reports that the young basketball player is also of interest to the Dallas Mavericks.
"According to league sources, the Mavericks would like to select Bronny James with the 58th pick in the upcoming NBA draft. However, Dallas understands that the likelihood of James still being available by that point is extremely slim.
All current indications suggest that the 19-year-old son of LeBron James will be drafted earlier in the second round, before Dallas gets their final opportunity to pick a player in the draft," - Stein noted.
It's worth recalling that the Mavericks are currently trailing 1-3 in the NBA Finals series against the Boston Celtics. The next game will be played on the night of June 18th in Boston. A victory will secure the Celtics their first title since 2008.
