The memories of the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup are still fresh in the memory of Andre Morgan Ayew, who recently encouraged young boys and girls in Ghana to dream big. The most capped player in the Ghana national team was present at the official launch of the MILO Championship in Accra. The former West Ham United player was named the ambassador for the 2025 MILO U-13 Champions League and took the time to share her proudest moment in football with the kids. Ayew was part of the Black Satellites that became the first African nation to win the FIFA U-20 World Cup after defeating Brazil 4-3 on penalties.

“It’s very easy. We brought the world to Ghana. Yeah, that’s it, we brought the whole world to Ghana, and we hope that it’s going to happen again pretty soon, Insha Allah,” Ayew said.
