Habibou Ouedraogo has signed for the French club from ASEC Mimosas in Ivory Coast.

The 24-year-old Ivorian striker is taking an important step forward in her career. Having played for JFC Marcory, Danta AC, Inter Abidjan and, most recently, ASEC Mimosas, Habibou Ouedraogo will now be playing in France.

Olympique de Marseille’s women’s team has signed the Ivorian striker to bolster its attack. Habibou Ouedraogo’s transfer was officially announced on Tuesday 11 August by the French club.

Habibou Ouedraogo joins Marseille’s women’s team with an excellent reputation. She has finished as top scorer in the Ivorian women’s professional league for the past three seasons.

The Ivorian striker was also named best player in the CAF Women’s Champions League in 2025. Habibou Ouedraogo will put her attacking skills to good use for her new club in the top flight of the French women’s league.
