Recent rumors that Carlo Ancelotti will leave Real by the end of April have reignited discussions about who will lead Los Blancos next. One of the long-standing candidates is Bayer's head coach Xabi Alonso, but for Real, it's not that simple.
Details: The Royal Club has already begun talks with the Spaniard's entourage, specifically his main advisor Iñaki Ibáñez. Communication, as reported by Florian Plettenberg, is active, and Bayer is aware of this. Real has not directly contacted the "pharmacists," but the German club will not let their coach go easily.
It is believed that Bayer could earn from Alonso's potential move to Real, with the sum possibly reaching up to twenty million euros.
Reminder: According to recent rumors, Ancelotti might leave the Madrid club after the Copa del Rey final, which will take place on April 26 against Barcelona.
