An impressive list. Candidates have been named to replace Ederson

Manchester City is seriously considering the departure of their primary goalkeeper Ederson and is already working on his replacement.
According to Fichajes, the Brazilian goalkeeper is close to moving to one of the clubs in Saudi Arabia. If Ederson leaves the English champions, Manchester City is prepared to buy a star goalkeeper. The club has three options to replace Ederson: Mike Maignan from Milan, Diogo Costa from Porto, and Andriy Lunin from Real Madrid.
It is reported that Manchester City has been studying Lunin's candidacy for some time, impressing the club's management after the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals in the 2023/24 season. The goalkeeper himself is open to a change of scenery, as he does not want to become Thibaut Courtois's backup again.
Diogo Costa showcased an impressive performance at Euro 2024 for the Portuguese national team, saving three penalties in the post-match shootout against Slovenia. Maignan has already reached the semi-finals of the tournament with his national team, where they will face Spain.
