Amorim provides update on Luke Shaw’s condition after latest injury

Manchester United head coach Rúben Amorim has shared an update on the condition of Red Devils defender Luke Shaw following another injury setback.

Lisandro Martínez? He is in a difficult situation—he will be out for some time," Fabrizio Romano quoted the manager as saying.

Context. Shaw had only just recovered from a muscle injury suffered in early December 2024 and returned at the end of January, only to end up back on the sidelines. His recovery is expected to take at least a month, depending on treatment and rehabilitation.

Previously, United suffered another major blow, with Lisandro Martínez ruled out long-term due to a cruciate ligament rupture.
