AmaZulu terminated contract with Ngema. The reason will surprise you

In football, there are various reasons for parting ways with players, but what happened at AmaZulu seemed impossible in a professional club.

Details: According to Goal, "Usuthu" terminated the contract with midfielder Selaimpilo Ngema due to accusations of... alcoholism. The player faced disciplinary action after showing up to AmaZulu training under the influence. Naturally, he was sent home.

Following this, Ngema appeared before the disciplinary committee, was found guilty of misconduct, and his contract was terminated. The 27-year-old midfielder played 45 matches for AmaZulu, scoring two goals and providing four assists.

Recall: Previously, former Mamelodi Sundowns forward Sibusiso Vilakazi urged his former team to forget the cup exit to Kaizer Chiefs ahead of the Champions League matches.
