AmaZulu Striker Set for Loan Move to Durban City
AmaZulu FC striker Senzo 'Mbhobho' Ndlovu is on the verge of joining Durban City FC on loan. Ndlovu, who made a name for himself with Sinenkani FC in the ABC Motsepe League, has struggled for game time since joining AmaZulu. Despite impressing with 23 goals for Sinenkani and becoming the top scorer in the Khabba Cup, he has played just 30 minutes across three substitute appearances this season.
Sources indicate Ndlovu has begun training with Durban City, although the deal between the clubs is not yet final. This loan gives the 28-year-old a chance to show his skills and maybe get a regular starting position at AmaZulu next season.
AmaZulu might also want to improve their attack. Co-coach Vusumuzi Vilakazi suggested they could sign a new striker in the transfer window.
