Former interim heavyweight world champion Dillian Whyte has stated that he is open to stepping into the ring once again with Anthony Joshua.
Quote: "Joshua sounds perfect for me. They don’t need to offer me twice. They’re talking about me as an option, but I haven’t heard anything from them. I think it’s just negotiation tactics on their part. But I’m ready for the fight and ready to go again.
If he wants to fight, all they need to do is call me. I’m always up for fighting AJ. For me, it’s not a problem. However, I do think he’s done,” BoxingScene quotes Whyte.
Background. Back in late 2015, Whyte suffered his first professional loss at the hands of Joshua. On December 15, Dillian secured a victory over Ghanaian Ebenezer Tetteh.
