All quarter-finalists of the Miami Open women's singles have been determined

On the evening of March 24 and into the night of March 25, the round of 16 matches of the Miami Open women's tennis tournament took place. By the end of the day, all the quarter-finalists were known.
Details: World number one Aryna Sabalenka defeated Danielle Collins 2-0, Zheng Qinwen overcame Emma Krueger, Jasmine Paolini advanced past Naomi Osaka, Emma Raducanu ousted Amanda Anisimova, Jessica Pegula triumphed over Marta Kostyuk, and Elina Svitolina fell to Iga Swiatek.
Additionally, Paula Badosa Gilbert suffered a technical defeat, allowing the 140th-ranked Alexandra Eala from the Philippines to advance to the quarter-finals. The reason was a back injury Badosa sustained in her previous match.
The biggest upset of the day was Coco Gauff's defeat. The American faced Polish player Magda Linette (ranked 34th) and lost in straight sets, 4-6, 4-6.
Thus, the quarter-final pairs in the women's draw of the Miami Open are:

- Linette vs Paolini
- Raducanu vs Pegula
- Eala vs Swiatek
The quarter-final matches will take place from March 25 to 28. The tournament lasts 12 days, featuring 96 players in both the men's and women's singles draws, as well as 32 pairs in the doubles competition.
Overall, the Miami Open is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the ATP and WTA tours and is often referred to as the "fifth Grand Slam".
Reminder: Iga Swiatek set a unique record in tournament history for the WTA 1000 series – she reached the round of 16 for the 25th consecutive time at events of this level.
