All because of the words about Messi. Garnacho’s brother accused Ferdinand of lying
Roberto Garnacho, the brother of Manchester United midfielder, Alejandro Garnacho, has called recent claims by former England player Rio Ferdinand untrue.
It is noteworthy that Ferdinand in his recent interview said that he talked with Garnacho, and he told him that Lionel Messi allegedly stopped communicating with him because of his support for Cristiano Ronaldo.
According to Roberto, such words have nothing to do with reality.
"It's a lie. Messi was never signed to Alejandro. Stop making up things like this to encourage hatred. Garna loves and admires both of them, and you are trying to create enmity,” Garnacho’s brother wrote on his account on the social network X (formerly Twitter).
Let us remind you that the young Argentine has been playing for Manchester United since 2022, and his agreement is valid until 2028. In the new season, he has already played 17 matches in all competitions and scored two goals.
